(they also require a permit to remove one).
Frogs, Toads, Dragonflies and many other creatures find it harder and harder to find suitable habitat...do your part...provide a Pond!

Wouldn't it be great to get a tax break? It would help with the cost of installing a pond and the purchase of mature Koi. I would love it!
